Small cargo conveying systems

Our small cargo conveying systems consist of a system rail, switch and self-propelled driving carriage

These driving carriages are ready for the transport of your goods with a weight of approx. 15 kg whereas the dimensions of the container mounted on the driving carriage can be adjusted to your requirements.

The selected areas are connected via a network of rails and switches. The carriage drives over this rail with a speed of approx. 0,5 m up to 0,8 m /second whereas the number of the driving carriages in a system is optional and according to the planned capacity.

This ensures that there is always a driving carriage ready in the desired area for the transport of the pending order.

The system is suitable for the combination of a vertical and horizontal installation.

Fire sections will be closed by means of fire security systems from ABS securely and

VdS quality-tested.

The control of the whole system is performed using a control computer which displays all information about the system, the locations of the driving carriages, the condition of the switches, power supplies and fire doors.
