The software:
Visualization and logging of all activities in the system allows an accurate evaluation and analysis of the transport processes.
A pneumatic post system consists of several main components: A compressor generates the necessary pressure and suction for the transport. The material is forwarded in customized transport containers, the so-called carriers.
Selection of the destination and feeding of the transport containers (pneumatic post carriers) takes place at stations.
Moreover, arriving carriers at these stations are ejected securely and carefully out of the system. Inside of a pipe network, switch rails are used to convey the transport container to the destination of your choice or to communicate with the different lines. Powerful control units are designed for this transport logistics.
In this way, material of all types can be transported easily, fast and economically driven with air.
Visualization and logging of all activities in the system allows an accurate evaluation and analysis of the transport processes.
Powerful control systems are used for the coordination of the send and reception processes. The systems controlled by microprocessors are different depending on the complexity of the system as well as their application.
The pneumatic post carrier is a strong and custom-fit transport container which is well-designed and with an extremely robust turn-screw lid.
The compressor generates both pressure and also suction. The absolute height of the air pressure, however, only plays a minor role. It is the air volume that is responsible for the actuation and for a transport speed of six to eight meters per second.
Only by using switch rails it is possible to design a pneumatic post system that is reasonable and complex. They allow feeding a carrier into the system at any station and ensure the transport to the recipient of your choice.
Mainly, precision PVC as well as HLF (PVC-free) pipes is used. Occasionally, the use of stainless steel pipes is mandatory. The pipe network can be laid in the suspended ceiling or, in order to connect several buildings, in the soil or as overhead line.
Our pneumatic post systems have proven their value in the most different fields of application.
It depends on the individual case. Tuppi produces and supplies the customized pneumatic post system for any size of organization – from the 2-point system up to a multi-line system with up to 512 stations controlled by microprocessors. By the way, 70% of our new systems are integrated in existing buildings.
Because pneumatic post resolves internal transport problems with a speed of 6-8 meters per second. This saves you time, energy and allows your staff to concentrate on more important and economic matters instead of errands.
The investment for a pneumatic post system depends on various factors such as, for example, pipe size, number of stations, assembly situation and material selection. In many cases, the investment costs have amortized within a few months. We will be happy to prepare a cost-benefit calculation for a system that is specifically tailored to your demands.
In Tuppi systems you can nearly transport everything: Whether fluid, poisonous, valuable, hot, cold, no matter if 1 g or 28 kilograms, as long as the transport goods are no wider than 30 cm in diameter. And this does include a lot of things: Blood or tissue samples, drugs, documents, instruments, radiographs, laboratory samples, etc.
Almost anywhere. Horizontally and vertically in suspended ceilings or directly visible. And all that not only in one building. Tuppi pneumatic post systems are also used in production facilities that are located far apart. Even streets and rivers are not an obstacle for our pneumatic post systems.
We are sure to have the convenient solution for your transporting problem! Challenge us with your demands.
